Ear seeds are a form of auriculotherapy where small ‘seeds’ are placed on particular acu-points on the ear.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the ear is regarded as one of the various micro-systems of the body where the whole is contained within the part.

Particular acu-points on the ear relate to specific areas of the body. Ear seeds can help stimulate these acu-points. Working on the same principles as acupuncture the stimulation of these points can help free the flow of QI (energy).

Acupressure & Cupping

Cupping is one of TCM's oldest and most traditional treatments. It is particularly effective in improving blood circulation, easing swollen, painful or stiff joints, performing deep tissue repair and clearing sinus or head colds. In the cupping procedure a cup or a glass jar is applied to the patient's skin on certain acupuncture points and as the pressure of the cup/jar is reduced (either by heat or suction) vital energy is freed which helps the body to work more efficiently.
